Fang Creative Lab is looking to hire independent sales reps who would like to work their own hours, from wherever they live and make 20% commission on all jobs. We are a small graphic design and digital marketing firm that specializes in logos, web design, print collateral, illustrations, and product packaging. We also offer monthly retainer packages for businesses.

This is a commission only position plus additional bonuses for reaching certain goals. Set your own hours. You can work full time, part time, or just an hour or two a day.

Candidates must have a great command of the English language; both written and spoken. Sales and creative and/or tech experience is preferred. College students looking to get some experience are encouraged to apply as well.

Commission Only

Graphic Designer

Fang Creative Lab is looking for contract designers to join our collective. Applicants of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images

  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Video Editor

Fang Creative Lab is seeking a contract video editor to join our team. Applicants of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to establish the desired feel and look for the video to be created

  • Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format

  • Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects

  • Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation

  • Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video to present to clients and receive approval before beginning to digitally alter video

  • Improve video and sound quality using various video software

  • Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project

  • Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to client's specifications
